Agbo Ben Andrew – As the Group Managing Director of the Zion Group comprising Zion Stockbrokers., Zion Capital Management & Trust co. Ltd. (Issuing House) and; Zion Roads & Property Development Co. Ltd., we are able to make use of Mr. Agbo’s tremendous Capital Market experience of over 23 years, spanning the regulatory end of the market (having first worked for a number of years at the SEC, Nigeria as a young graduate from 1993 to 1998) and has had an unbroken work experience as a market operator in the Nigerian Capital Market to date. Mr. Agbo joined the then Capital Market team of Stanbic Merchant Bank (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Standard Bank of South Africa) in 1998, moved to NAL Merchant Bank in 2001 from where he went to established Investment Banking activities in Zenith Bank Plc and managed the over-all Investment Banking group of the Bank till 2015 when he resigned to invest and joined the Zion Group. Mr. Agbo’s experience covers deal origination, execution and marketing in line with global best practices, hence an invaluable asset to us at Zion Stockbrokers.

 

Enejoh Dave – MD/CEO has over two decades experience in Finance, Banking and Stockbrokerage services. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is the President of Cornergate Group, a company that is involved in Microfinance development. He started his working career with Ayangba Agric Development Project between 1980 and 1984. Trained as Auditor with Akhazemea, Adaji & CO, Chartered Accountants. Began his Banking career in Rims Merchant Bank in 1988 and later moved to Zenith Bank to form the pioneer team in 1990. He became the MD/CEO of Lighthouse Asset Mgt Limited in 1996. He also worked with Chrome Group (an Oil Services Company) as Special Assistant to the Chairman from 2002 to 2005. He is a director in Unyogba Microfinance Bank Ltd in Kogi State. Midland Financial Services Ltd and Altrade Securities Limited. He is also a director in few other companies. He is passionate at providing solutions to distressed institutions and poverty ridden communities.

 

Ibrahim Y. Victor - Head, Stock broking Unit (Stockbroker) He has a B.SC/ED Chemistry from Olabisi Onabanjo University, an Associate member of the Chattered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS) and started his working career with Brilliant Academy as an Administrator. He moved to Mutual Alliance Investment Securities Ltd as a Research and Investment adviser. He now works with Zion Stockbrokers Ltd as Investment adviser and Portfolio manager. He is an authorised dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
